Disclamer

Please read the following disclaimer carefully before using or accessing the Namespace platform ("The Platform"). By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this disclaimer.

  1. General Information: Namespace is a platform built on top of the ENS protocol and entirely powered by it. It offers ENS name and subname management capabilities, which extend ENS utility. Furthermore, Namespace is a decentralized platform that facilitates the buying, selling, and trading of non-fungible tokens (ENS names), offers registration of ENS names and subnames, and provides the ability for ENS name owners to list their names and issue (mint) and manage subnames (which includes selling, renting, gifting, and so forth). The content, information, and NFTs available on the Platform are provided by independent ENS name owners. The Platform itself does not create, endorse, or guarantee the authenticity, quality, legality, or ownership of any NFTs.

  2. Third-Party Responsibility: The Platform serves as a venue for users to interact and engage in NFT-related activities (ENS names and subnames-related activities provided by the Platform). The Platform does not control, monitor, or verify the content or transactions occurring between users and is not responsible for its users' actions. Any transactions, communications, or interactions conducted on the Platform are solely between the participating users. The Platform shall not be held liable for any disputes, losses, damages, or harm arising from such interactions.

  3. Risks and Volatility: The NFT market is highly volatile and speculative. Prices and values of NFTs can fluctuate dramatically and can be subject to various market risks. Investing in and trading NFTs involves significant financial risk, and users should exercise caution and conduct their own research and due diligence before making any transactions or investments on the Platform. The same applies to minting Subnames from different parent-level names.

  4. Technical Risks: The Platform operates on blockchain technology and is subject to potential technical issues, including but not limited to network congestion, hacking, fraud, and smart contract vulnerabilities, as any other platform in the Web3. The Platform takes reasonable measures to ensure security, but it does not guarantee the complete elimination of these risks. Users should be aware of the inherent risks associated with blockchain technology and exercise caution when using the Platform.

  5. Regulatory Compliance: The legal status of NFTs and blockchain technology may vary in different jurisdictions. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and taxation obligations in their respective jurisdictions. The Platform does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice and does not assume any liability for user non-compliance with local laws.

  6. Modification and Termination: The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate its services at any time, without prior notice or liability. The Platform also reserves the right to update or modify this disclaimer and notify the users about the changes. It is the responsibility of users to regularly review the disclaimer for any changes.
